‘Rahul is a pappu, nobody goes to Bangkok for knowledge!’
Urban Administration and Development Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya here on Saturday took a dig at the Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi after the latter's return from Bangkok saying that Rahul is a ‘pappu’ as Bangkok is not a place from where one can gain knowledge.
