New Delhi, August 6: India’s largest telecom provider, Bharti Airtel launched its commercial 4G services in 296 towns across India. The high-speed internet service will be available in major districts of all states around the nation.
To attract customers, Airtel would be offering the ultra-fast internet connection to its subscribers at prices below par. The 4G data packs could be purchased at prices cheaper than 3G packages. The starting range of 4G package is kept as low as Rs.25. In an exciting offer, Airtel has introduced Rs.999 pack, which allows subscribers to make infinite voice calls along with unlimited download access from Wynk Music and Wynk Movies apps.
Earlier, the telecom provider had launched the much awaited 4G service only in selected cities. After receiving an overwhelming response, the company decided to extend its services to a pan-India level. For availing the benefits of 4G, pre-paid users need to replace their SIM cards for new ones from their local retailer. Post-paid users will be posted their new SIMs, once they subscribe for 4G.
