2010 Batch IAS officer #NeerajKumar posted as DM #Udhampur in J&K, Caught Drunk with girls , pics gone viral on social media

Senior IAS officer Niraj Kumar is in for deep trouble as raunchy pictures of him with at least two young girls in what looks like a hotel room have appeared in social media. Kumar a 2010 batch IAS officer of J&K cadre appears to be in an inebriate state and lying on a bed with two young women, most likely prostitutes while a third person who cant be identified is the one who has taken the pictures.

Senior officers who spoke to Kashmir Monitor on condition of anonymity say that while Kumar is known for his erratic ways, this particular incident appears to have been a honey trap for the officer." It is obvious someone exploited his weakness because he had the weakness in the first place", said an IAS officer posted in the Civil Secretariat. 

Niraj Kumar is a 2010 batch IAS officer of J & K cadre. He was hitherto considered as a very good officer who has performed well in the trying conditions of Jammu and Kashmir. However, he was recently mired in a very unfortunate controversy. Some photos of him with two girls in an objectionable condition have been leaked on the social media. When these photos became viral, the Government took action. He was attached to the Deputy Commissioner officer of Udhampur. On a side note, there is high possibility that he has been framed by someone. In all those three pictures, he was unconcious. He may be either drunk or someone had let him eat something. A third person is obviously there who was clicking the picture. Who was that person?
