Filling up of Two (2) posts of Upper Division Clerk Group C” on deputation basis.
1. Applications are invited for filling up of two (02) posts of Upper Division Clerk (Group-C) Pay Band-1, (Rs. 5200-20200+ Grade Pay-2400) (Pre-revised) & Level - 4 Rs. 25500-81100 (Revised Scale) in Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun on deputation basis.
2. The eligibility condition for the said post:-
Deputation : Persons working in Central Government/State Government/Corporation/ Autonomous Oganization/ Public Sector Undertakings. (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department OR (ii) Lower Division Clerk in PB-1, Rs,5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900 (Prerevised Scale) Level - 2, Rs. 19900-63200 with at least eight years regular service in the grade in the parent cadre or department.
3. Period of Deputation: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment, in the same or some other organization/department shall ordinary not exceed 3 years. The maximum age limit for Deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

5. It is requested that applications for the above posts in the enclosed proforma (Annexure-II) along-with certified copies of complete and up-to-date ACR/APAR Dossiers (each page be attested by the Head of Office) of the last five years of the eligible and willing Officers, who can be spared in the event of their selection, may please be sent in 3 sets to the undersigned within 60 days from the date of publication of short circular in the ‘Employment News’. Applications without attested photocopies of the ACRs/APARs or otherwise found incomplete and received after the last date will not be considered. Candidates applying for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their names later. While forwarding the applications, it may please be certified that the information furnished by the officer in application is correct and that no disciplinary/vigilance case is either pending or contemplated against the applicant. Integrity of the officer should also be certified.
