Actress Arzoo Govitrikar who was last seen in Naagin 2 has accused her husband businessman Siddharth Sabharwal of physical assault. The actress filed a complaint at Worli Police Station against Siddharth.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Arzoo has submitted video footage from CCTV cameras in her residence and informed the cops that she has been suffering physical and mental torture for the past many years.Arzoo who has been a part of TV shows like Naagin and Ek Ladki Anjaani Si, got married to businessman Siddharth Sabharwal in 2010 and has a five-year-old son named Aashman.
Arzoo filed a complaint on February 19 where she mentioned that she had an argument with Siddharth on February 15 over his drinking problem. After their argument, "he dragged her inside the bathroom around 4 am and hit her viciously."
The actress also mentioned in her complaint that he has threatened to kill his entire family.
On Tuesday, March 6, Arzoo's sister Aditi Govitrikar and her friend actor Ashish Chaudhary were at Worli Police Station and accused Siddharth of forcibly keep the couple's five-year-old son in his custody.
