Germany has taken initiative to include Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist by the European Union. Germany has approached many other countries to put Masood Azhar in the list of Global Terrorists in the European Union, diplomatic sources told agencies.Germany was in touch with several member nations of the EU for listing Azhar as a terrorist which will result in his travel ban as well as the freezing of his assets in the 28 countries of the bloc, diplomatic sources said.It will be a big diplomatic breakthrough for #India if the #EuropeanUnion lists #MasoodAzhar as a terrorist, as this will further isolate #Pakistan.
