Sachin Pilot's petition challenging disqualification notice; Will be considered tomorrow.



Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court has adjourned till tomorrow the hearing of a petition filed by Sachin Pilot challenging the Speaker's disqualification notice. The court, which heard the case first at 3 pm, had adjourned the case till tomorrow, suggesting some changes in the petition.

As the amended petition was filed by Sachin Pilot at 4 pm, the case was reconsidered at 7.40 pm and the petition was accepted on file. The hearing on the petition was later adjourned till tomorrow. The petition contends that the disqualification notice issued while continuing with the Congress is not valid.

Despite making it clear that he will not join the BJP, Tendulkar has indicated through his legal action that he stands firm against Gellot. Ahmed Patel spoke to Tendulkar yesterday and today. But Tendulkar is sticking to his old stance. Tendulkar says he is still in the party. Meanwhile, Ashok Gellot said that Tendulkar had been in talks with the BJP for seven months.
