When Counsel Kapil Sibal produced the bail Plea for RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, the court found 27 days days short of completing half of the sentence in one of the fodder scam cases in which he was convicted and awarded to five years of imprisonment in January 2018. The hearing was in Jharkhand High Court even Tej Pratap visited few days back to meet his Father Lalu. The question is - will Lalu be out of Jail before the Bihar Assembly election?
