Lucknow's Lulu Mall has declared that religious prayers will not be permitted in the mall.
Responding to certain claims by right wing that 70% staff in LuLu mall are Muslim, regional director of the mall
in release said there is no discrimination based on any grounds. He
claimed more than 80% of the staff are Hindu while and remaining from
other religions.
Isn't it the Saddest part of Lucknow Lulu mall
controversy? That a global brand,a major investor in country, a proven
job creator, now has to publicly ‘explain’ how many Hindus it has
employed! This is what toxic, not so ‘fringe’ narratives have achieved
in ‘new’ India!
