Journalist Siddique Kappan Released from Jail after 28 Months on Bail in UAPA Case

Journalist Siddique Kappan from Kerala, who was charged by the Uttar Pradesh government under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) while covering the Hathras gang rape in 2020, has been granted bail and released from prison after 28 months.
