Raghav Chadha accused the BJP of
having political intentions behind the cancellation of his bungalow allocation.
However, a Delhi court has stated that Chadha cannot assert an unconditional right to retain the government bungalow throughout his entire term as a Rajya Sabha member following the allotment cancellation.
