The suspected death of a judge hearing the Sohrabuddin Sheikh's case was heard by Supreme Court on Monday. The bench, headed by Chief Justice Deepak Mishra.
Supreme court has given order to transfer two cases related to the Loa case from the Bombay High Court to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has stayed the hearing in all the high courts on this matter, and has asked all the cases to be transferred to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has fixed the hearing for the first week of February.
