Thousands of commuters in Delhi and Gurgaon were stranded this morning after metro services on the Yellow line were affected due to technical glitches.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has said "repair work is in progress between Qutub Minar and Chhattarpur metro stations". The services have been "partially normalised" between the two stations. "Single line is operational at the moment," the DMRC tweeted.
Passengers of two trains between the two metro stations were evacuated this morning after the services were affected, the DMRC had earlier said.
