How to change photo in Adhar Card - 2023?

To change the photograph on your Aadhaar Card, you will have to visit the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment Centre as biometric updates, including photographs, cannot be changed online, according to the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). The steps to change the photograph on your Aadhaar Card offline are as follows:

First, locate the nearest Aadhaar Permanent Enrolment Centre either by visiting the official UIDAI website or by visiting the centre directly. Then, collect the Aadhaar enrolment form, which can also be downloaded from the UIDAI website. Next, fill in the required details on the form and provide your biometric details. An executive will then take a photograph of you, and you will have to provide your biometric details for approval. You will need to pay a fee of Rs.100 to update the biometric details on your Aadhaar Card, and an acknowledgement slip with an Update Request Number (URN) will be provided to you. You can track the status of your request by using the URN. No supporting documents are required to update the photograph on your Aadhaar Card. The processing time for the request may take up to 90 days.
