Sanjay Dubey, currently in the Home Department, might move from the energy and renewable energy department. The government is thinking about Mohd Suleman and Sanjay Shukla for the energy department. New officers could go to health and school education departments. People in one department for a long time might also shift during the reshuffle. The government is considering changing commissioners in some divisions, like possibly moving Indore's Mal Singh. Two officers might be assigned to the CM's Secretariat. They are also looking into posting a secretary-rank officer and an additional secretary-rank officer there. Some additional secretary-rank officers could get new postings, and plans are in place to transfer state administrative officers who are not involved in reviewing voter lists.
