Nawaz Sharif: A newspaper to read in prison and two channels to watch



Former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been given the facilities of 'B' class in Rawalpindi's Adiala jail, but he is not being given any minor amenities that he wants. . After conviction in the corruption case, Nawaz Sharif has complained to those few close people who had met him in the past.


Nawaz Sharif's daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Captain Mohammad Mohammed Safder have been kept in a single jail but they have no permission to give each other a message.

An Adiala prison official told the agencies on condition of anonymity that Nawaz Sharif has asked for some documents to write to prison officials, but prison officials have refused to provide the material.
According to officials, two officers of the Deputy Superintendent level have also met Nawaz Sharif in this regard and have said that despite their privilege, they can not be given paper and pen.
