Will Amit Shah put an end to Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir ?



Amit Shah's recent statements in Parliament on Article 370 has opened a debate on Jammu and Kashmir. Home Minister Amit Shah said in the Lok Sabha on Friday that Article 370, which extends special status to J&K, was “temporary” and not permanent in nature.



Panun Kashmir, an organisation of migrant Kashmiri Pandits, said they have complete faith in the abilities of Amit Shah to deliver a mortal blow to the sponsors of terrorism in the Kashmir Valley and under Amit Shah, the Kashmiri Pandits would finally be rehabilitated in their more than 5,000-year-old home. They said its right time to scrap article 370.In the Political corridors most of them beleive that Home minister will resolve the Kashmir issue with his strategy, THE SHIV Sena on Saturday said Home Minister Amit Shah will resolve the Kashmir issue. In an editorial in party mouthpiece Saamana, the Sena said after Shah took charge as Home Minister, it has started showing an impact.
