Rats eat cannabis kept as evidence in Kerala
There will be only a few countries in the world, including India, where court proceedings are mostly paper-based even today. The decision in the court is made on the basis of witnesses and evidence. But many times due to lack of evidence, the accused and criminals are released by the court. A similar case has also come to light in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, where something has happened in the court that now there is a lack of evidence. Something has happened in a court here after which there is a possibility that the accused may be released. In fact, rats have eaten the evidence related to the accused in a room inside the court premises in Thiruvananthapuram. Everyone is shocked after getting information about this matter.
Actually the whole matter is of Thiruvananthapuram. Here in the year 2016, a case was registered against a person for possessing ganja. After this, the hearing of the case was started in the court after taking the accused into custody by the police. After this, 125 grams of ganja seized from the accused was also seized. Out of the seized ganja, 100 grams of ganja was sent to the lab for examination. At the same time, 25 grams of Ganja was kept in the name of evidence in a room located in Thiruvananthapuram Magistrate Court.

But as soon as the trial of the case starts in the court, it is found that the evidence of cannabis is missing from the court. When asked by the judge where did the ganja kept as evidence go and how did it happen. During this, it was stated by the prosecution that the rats present inside the court premises might have eaten the ganja. Now the important issue is that if the rats would have eaten the ganja, then obviously the accused can be acquitted due to lack of evidence. Because there is a possibility of weakening of the case due to lack of sufficient evidence. Everyone is shocked since this matter came to the fore.
