 Former Bigg Boss contestant and Dalit leader allegedly threatened and abused by Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi's PA, FIR filed



Archana Gautam, a former Hastinapur candidate and finalist of Bigg Boss 16, who attended the Congress Plenary in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on the invitation of Priyanka Vadra's PA Sandeep Singh, was reportedly threatened by him. The Dalit leader was subjected to caste-based slurs as well. Archana's father filed a complaint, resulting in the registration of a case against Sandeep under various sections of the IPC. During the conference, Archana had requested Sandeep to arrange a meeting with Priyanka, but he refused and later threatened to kill her in front of everyone, using indecent and casteist slurs. Archana's father mentioned that video evidence of the incident is available and that Gautam suffered mental trauma due to Sandeep's behavior. The police have registered a case against Sandeep under different sections of the IPC and the SC/ST Act on the orders of the SSP, and an investigation has been launched.
