A day after BMC served notice to Lilly Mendosa, who is the mother of RJ Malishka, after breeding spots for mosquitoes were found at her Bandra Pali Hill road house, questions have been raised over timing of the notice.

MUMBAI: RJ Malishka, a popular voice on the radio, has been served notice by Mumbai's civic body BMC or Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation warning of action over dengue mosquitoes breeding in her home. The notice overlaps Malishka's widely-watched online video mocking potholes and traffic in Mumbai and many believe it's no coincidence.
