Home Minister Amit Shah highlights 80% reduction in violence from terrorism under Modi government's leadership, sets ambitious goals for India's future

In a recent program held in Nagpur, the Union Home Minister Amit Shah emphasized the significant decrease in terrorism and militancy in India's Kashmir and Northeast regions since the Narendra Modi government came into power. He stated that the reduction in violence from terrorism is around 80% since the current administration came to power. Shah highlighted that Prime Minister Modi envisions India to be at the forefront of the world.

Furthermore, the Home Minister explained the three main objectives of Amrit Kaal. The centenary of India's independence is coming up in the next 25 years, and the first objective is to showcase the sacrifices of freedom fighters to the present generation. The second objective is to bring to light the progress that the country has made during the last 75 years, and the third objective is to ensure that India achieves excellence in all fields in the next 25 years.

Shah also mentioned that Kashmir received over 1.8 lakh crore tourists in a year, which is a noteworthy achievement. Under the leadership of the Modi government, the Kashmir Valley received investments worth Rs 12,000 crore in just three years, which is much more than the amount invested in the past 70 years. Additionally, every house in the valley has been provided with tap water and electricity.

The Home Minister's remarks illustrate the current administration's focus on development and progress, aiming to achieve excellence in various fields in the coming years.
