Mumbai, July 2: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar on Sunday took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He was sworn in along with 9 other NCP MLAs who joined the Eknath Shinde-led government.
Pawar took oath at a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai in the presence of Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was also present at the ceremony.
