Lok Janshakti Party leader Chirag paswan joined NDA.He once called himself as Hanuman and Modi as Ram but Paswan had walked out of the NDA during the 2020 assembly polls in the state due to his opposition to Kumar, then a BJP ally. He has, however, been supportive of the BJP on key issues.
Chirag is expecting a Loksabha Seat from Hajipur.
According to sources, Chirag Paswan is in talks with the BJP to finalize his party's share of Lok Sabha seats in Bihar for the 2024 general elections. This meeting is also being linked to the same. Union minister and senior BJP leader from Bihar Nityanand Rai has met Paswan twice before.
