Is Kejriwal inviting Jail?

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is anticipated to disregard the fifth summons from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday in connection with the Delhi excise policy case, as per party sources. Mr. Kejriwal has abstained from all the summonses issued by the investigative agency so far.

No official statement has been released by the party regarding the recent summons. AAP chief spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar had previously stated that the party chief would abide by the law, without providing further details.

Meanwhile, senior AAP leader and Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj alleged that the arrest of former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren was due to not yielding to the BJP, while Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, facing past corruption allegations by the BJP, is deemed safe since he switched from the Congress to the BJP.
