    Shri Valeti Premchand, a 1994-batch officer of the Indian Defence Estates Service, has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Women and Child Development. His expertise in administrative roles within the defence estates is expected to bring valuable insights to the ministry, which focuses on policies for women’s empowerment, child welfare, and nutrition programs like the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS).
  2. Shri Saurabh Kumar Tiwari, IP&TA&FS
    Shri Saurabh Kumar Tiwari, from the Indian Post & Telecommunications Accounts and Finance Service, has been named Additional Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat.
